A mahogany framed and glazed wall hanging display containing a facsimile copy of the instrument of surrender of Japanese forces in New Guinea, New Britain, New Ireland, Bougainville, and adjacent islands with pen of plain wooden form with blued steel nib and applied engraved brass plaque to case.
