A selection of silver and plate, to include a pair of early George III silver open salts with scalloped gadrooned rim raised on three hoof feet, a part set of three late Victorian acorn and oak leaf motif silver open salts raised on three scrolling feet, a set of six filled silver handled knives, together with a hand mirror, brush and comb dressing table set, pair of salts hallmarked John Munns, London 1771. Gross weighable silver 5.85 ozt (182.2 grams).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with age and use. Pair of salts with splits, repairs and small indents to all of the feet. Splits and soft solder repairs to the rims. Hallmarks show wear, legible. Part set of three salts with very slight dents to the rims. Blue plastic liners, possible replacements. Hallmarked Mappin & Webb, with maker's stamp also, London 1893. Filled silver knife handles with significant dents and scratches, hallmarks mostly worn, for Alfred Biggin & Son, Sheffield 1911.
