A German Third Reich Kriegsmarine issue U-boat stopwatch, Herman Bark of Kiel. The white Arabic dial (s/d) inscribed "HERM. BARK KIEL", with subsidiary half-hour dial numbered 3 to 30 in intervals of three minutes (used to time torpedo runs), rear outer cover engraved with eagle and swastika over 'M', 1848, and 'N' (for North Sea Fleet), the outer and inner case interiors both numbered 723000, movement numbered 3364 DRP 388992 + No. 100230, 2.2", (5.5cm) diameter, with a 28", (71cm) curb-linked Albertina, (2).
