A Victorian silver sugar and cream with military interest, the oval tapered bodies within beaded borders, 4th Royal Lancashire Militia crest and presentation inscription. Hallmarked Elkington & Co (Frederick Elkington), Birmingham 1878. Gross weight 11.9 ozt (372 grams).


'Presented to the mess of the 4th Royal Lancashire Militia by Gilbert M. Z. Moss on his appointment to the Royal Fusiliers 1878'
