Lot Description

A George V silver match box sleeve, of rectangular form having reeded decoration and initialled and dated circular cartouche, hallmarked Charles S Green Co. Ltd., Birmingham 1922 length measures 3 2/8 inches (8.25 cm). Together with a brass vesta case of circular form impressed 'Huntley Albert & Palmers', diameter measures 2 1/8 inches (5.5 cm). Silver weight 1.18 ozt (37 grams). (2).

Overall each in fair to poor condition. Matchbox sleeve with multiple small dents and knocks with surface scratching and areas of tarnishing, hallmarks partly distorted but legible. Vesta with general wear and rubbing to exterior, hinge fairly loose.
