Lot Description

A Georg Jensen sterling silver child's bowl, the circular form with Acorn pattern motifs to the applied rim. Impressed maker's mark (1933-1944), also marked 925.S, Denmark and Sterling and numbered '642'. In original box. Diameter measuring 6 7/8 inches (17.5 cm), weight 7.8 ozt (242.6 grams).

The bowl appears in good overall condition, displaying some general wear, surface scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some heavier scratches and contact marks are visible to the centre and base rim. Impressed marks are clear and legible. The box is in a fairly worn state with discolouration, creases and tears.
