A Victorian silver miniature or toy rocking cradle, modelled after a royal crib made for Queen Victoria. Hallmarked Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings (Frank) Shepherd, Birmingham 1896, also with registration number 291605. Length measures 6 cm.

Condition Report
The cradle appears in good overall condition, displaying some general wear, surface marks and scratches. Also some tarnishing and staining and would benefit from a clean and polish. A few minor dints along edges. The hallmarks are clear and legible. Possibly used as a pin cushion but now missing material to centre.
