Lot Description
A late Victorian silver mounted tortoiseshell page turner, having a tapering handle decorated with foliate scrollwork to the plain blade, hallmarked Levi & Salaman, Birmingham 1899, length measures 7 1/8 inches (18 cm). Together with another Edwardian ivory example having an initialled cartouche to the silver mounted handle, hallmarked Birmingham 1905, 9 5/8 inches (24.5 cm). (2).

Condition Report
Each is in fair condition. The tortoiseshell is slightly warped and with scratches, scratches also to the silver mount and ivory of other example. Hallmarks to each are legible excluding maker's mark to ivory example which is partly distorted.
