An Edwardian silver and tortoiseshell trinket box, the plain oval base with removable lid having inset tortoiseshell panel with inlaid foliate motifs, hallmarked Levi & Salaman, Birmingham 1909, length measuring 4.2 cm. Together with a continental box having scroll borders surrounding a portrait panel to the hinged lid, impressed 835, length measuring 4.5 cm, and a circular mother-of-pearl coin purse with metal mounts and faux leather interior, with maker's mark T & E Paris, diameter measuring 3.8 cm. Condition Report
All three items display general wear, surface marks and scratches in keeping with their age and general use. Also some tarnishing to the silver and metal mounts. Minor dints to Edwardian box. Some minor nibbles and a larger chip to ladies head on the continental box. Hinges and clasps appear in working order. The interior of he coin purse is very worn, dirty and faded with some tears. Losses and wear to the black of the mother-of-pearl decoration. The hallmarks on the tortoiseshell box are a little rubbed but still clearly legible. his item may have export issues, for customers outside of the EU, please note that it is the buyers responsibility to adhere to any import/export requirements.
