Lot Description
Two similar nineteenth century carved sea-bean miniature scent flasks with gold tone mounts, one with a safety chain to the detachable cover, the other missing chain and cover, heights measuring 3 cm and 3.5 cm. Together with a further sea-bean scent flask carved with musical instruments to one side and a vase of flowers to the other, metal mounts with safety chain and detachable cover, height measuring 3.5 cm. (3).

Condition Report
All three flasks display some general wear, surface marks and scratches, and minor nibbles. The flask missing the chain and cover also has mounted suspension loop missing from one side. The flask carved with the fruit has a hole through one side. On this same flask, one of the mounted suspension links has been repaired or re-glued.
