Lot Description

An early Victorian silver vinaigrette, the oblong form with scalloped outline, scroll engraved with vacant cartouche and opening to a silver-gilt interior with festoon pierced grille. Hallmarked Yapp & Woodward (John Yapp & John Woodward), Birmingham 1846. Length measuring 4 cm, weight 20 grams.
