An early Victorian silver vinaigrette, having an initialled rectangular cartouche amidst scrolling foliage to the hinged cover, opening to reveal a later replacement grill. Hallmarked Joseph Willmore, Birmingham 1839. Length measures 4 cm, gross weight 18.5 grams.
