An early twentieth century silver mounted purse, the shaped outline having floral engraved decoration surrounding a central monogram, and with hinge opening to reveal a faux leather compartmentalised interior, with metal suspension chain. Hallmarked E J Trevitt & Sons, Chester 1911. Maximum length measuring 5 inches (12.3 cm).
