Lot Description
A selection of eight late Victorian and later silver pepper pots, of varying shape and design, one pierced with a blue glass liner, each with a pierced removable lid, various maker's marks and dates. Together with a pair of ceramic examples decorated with floral sprigs and a removable pierced lid, marked Johann Haviland, Bavaria beneath the bases, the lids are stamped 835. Gross weighable silver 7.7 ozt (242 grams).

Condition Report
In varied state, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some of the interiors are heavily tarnished, some minor compression to the feet/bases. One is marked with Patent No. 325841. All silver pieces would benefit from a clean and polish. There is a sticker on one of the ceramic examples. Majority of hallmarks clear and legible, partial hallmarks to various sections.
