A large continental mounted tortoiseshell box, of oblong form with front hinge lock and strapwork hinged panels decorated with repetitive clover leaf motifs (S/D), marked with indistinct continental marks, width measures 7 5/8 inches (19.5cm). Together with an Edwardian silver cigarette case, of oblong form embossed with five cherubs within a floral border to either side, hallmarked Chester 1904 and a small silver mounted hip flask with bayonet lock mechanism and detachable cup, Birmingham 1924. Gross weighable silver 2.9 ozt (91 grams). (3).

Condition Report
The tortoiseshell box is in quite a worn state displaying general surface wear, marks and scratches. Some general knocks and dints. The lid is quite distorted and warped in shape and size so that it has completely come out of the metal hinges. It no longer closes properly. The metal mounts are quite tarnished and the marks are indistinct. The lot also contains a cigarette case and hip flask and these are also in a tired and tarnished condition with surface wear, marks, scratches and dints.
