Condition Report
In fair condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The case has a significant dent to the embossed decoration across the satyr mask, other bumps and dents throughout with loss of definition to the decoration to the curved bottom edge because of a solder repair. The lipped catch to the cover also has visible signs of repair with a split to the right side. The material lined interior comes out and has a hardened residue on it. Hallmarks clear and legible, the attached suspension ring chain appears to be unmarked, as does the cover.
