Condition Report
The caster appears in a tarnished state and would benefit from a clean and polish. General surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with age and use and very slight compression to the foot. Heavier wear around edges, especially those of the girdle with a split starting to appear on one side. The lid is a good fit. There are a couple of breaks in the pierced decoration and heavier surface wear to some of the engraved marks. Hallmarked to both parts, mostly clear and legible with some rubbing and slight distortion to date letter on the main body hallmarks.
