Lot Description
An early Victorian silver dish, of circular form with scroll pierced panels and applied foliate scroll border, raised upon a splayed footed base. Hallmarked London 1848, maker's mark partly distorted probably Charles Reily & George Storer. Maximum diameter measures 11 inches (28 cm), weight 20.5 ozt (638.9 grams).

Condition Report
In good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Remnants of polish visible amongst the applied border, would benefit from a clean. Maker's mark partly distorted, other hallmarks clear and legible, further marked 'Dismore Liverpool' to the base rim.
