Lot Description
A mid-twentieth century silver mounted table cigarette box, the plain rectangular form raised on four lobed corner feet, the hinged lid decorated with a repeated pattern of stylised foliate motifs and opening to a wood lined interior with single removable divider panel. Hallmarked Charles S Green & Co Ltd., Birmingham 1966. Measuring 6 inches (15.2 cm) by 3 1/2 inches (9 cm).

Condition Report
The box appears in good overall condition, displaying some tarnishing and general surface wear, marks and scratches. A few deeper scratches and some minor surface dints are visible, mainly around sides. Hinges appear in good working order and lid closes flush. Wood interior in good condition. Hallmarks appear a little rubbed but still clearly legible.
