Five William IV silver dessert forks in Queen's pattern, hallmarked John James Whiting, London 1836, and four slightly larger Victorian silver forks, also Queen's pattern, hallmarked The Portland Co (Francis Higgins III), London 1860. Together with seven early Victorian silver King's pattern teaspoons, hallmarked London 1840 and two George IV examples, London 1828 and 1829, various maker's marks. Weight 27.12 ozt (843.6 grams).

Condition Report
All pieces displaying general expected surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with age and use. Also some tarnishing. There is some quite heavy wear to many of the fork tines. Some are bent, worn down at the tip and therefore uneven in length. There is also some heavier wear to some of the spoon bowls, some have little dints around the edge and feel thinner towards the tips. Hallmarks are mostly clearly legible, wear and rubbing to some of the maker's marks.
