A nineteenth century Indian Colonial small footed jug, decorated throughout with flowers, foliage and scroll motifs surrounding an engraved monogram. Maker's mark for Pittar & Co (Calcutta 1825-1848). Height including handle measuring 3 3/4 inches (9.5 cm), weight 7.82 ozt (243 grams).
