Lot Description
An early Dutch silver twin-handled pedestal salt with pierced foliate scroll border, assay marks to base including Crowned Lion Rampant standard mark and possible Rotterdam city mark. Together with a selection of continental silver items comprising a German cup, a small Dutch fork and a Dutch plaque, a pierced dish with glass liner, a further small dish and a tea strainer, all marked 800, and a nineteenth century white metal napkin ring. Gross weight 9.63 ozt (300 grams). (8).
