Lot Description
An Edwardian silver card case, of oblong hinged form with an embossed scene of a stag and two fawns on a hillside in high relief, amidst ornate scroll, crosshatch and flower motifs, surrounding two cartouches. Hallmarked Crisford & Norris Ltd., Birmingham 1902. Height measuring 4 inches (10 cm), weight 1.9 ozt (60.7 grams).

Condition Report
In good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The back of the case appears to have been squashed slightly to one side causing the edge to become pinched with a dent to the corner. There is a tiny hole to the embossed decoration on the back. Minor loss of definition to the decoration. Hallmarks clear and legible.
