A modern silver vesta case, realistically modelled in the form of a cat's head with a bow ribbon collar, the hinged base with central striker amidst engraved scrolls, hallmarked B A O, London 1990, maximum height measuring 3.7 cm. Together with a silver mount, realistically modelled in the form of a dog's head, hallmarked London 1986, maker's mark C & C C?. Gross weight 1.5 ozt (47.5 grams). (2).

Condition Report
In good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The cat vesta is heavily tarnished and dirty inside, the hinge is in good working order, hallmarks clear and legible. The maker's mark is rubbed on the dog mount and appears untraced possibly C & C C?, other hallmarks clear and legible.
