In good overall condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The larger Edwardian vesta case has minor bumps to the corners with heavier tarnishing around edges and a small hole to the hinged cover. The smaller Edwardian example has minor loss of definition to the engraved decoration, the hinged cover is slightly loose with some sideways movement, the cae is slightly flat to the centre. The wine label is engraved 'Brocket Hall Golf Club Charity Classic 1995. Maker's mark on the 1907 example is partly off struck, other hallmarks clear and legible.
