The coaster displays general tarnishing, surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use. Minor surface dints, nicks and bumps. There are several splits in the silver mount, especially around the base, and it is lifting slightly from the wood. Some visible seam lines and solder repairs. Heavier scratches to the central button. Baize to the underside is very worn. Hallmarks are a little worn but still clearly legible, maker's mark partly obscured.
