Lot Description
A matched pair of Edwardian silver mounted photograph frames, each rectangular aperture with shaped surround embellished in low relief with a girl picking fruit from a tree, mounted on a replacement oak easel reverse. Hallmarked Birmingham 1905, maker's marks for Charles S Green & Co Ltd., and Walker & Hall. Height measuring 6 1/8 inches (15.7 cm).

Condition Report
In refurbished condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Replacement pins. Minor loss of definition to the decoration. Minor splits and creases along the bottom of the silver mount. The easel supports appear slightly loose and move in the frame. One has heavier tarnishing around the edge of the decoration. Hallmarks clear and legible, further marked Rd 42788?.
