Both sauce boats display some tarnishing and general surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with age and use. A few minor dints and some heavier scratches and nicks visible to the interior of both. Various repairs including to the rim and around the joins of the handles to the main bodies. One sauce boat is very slightly taller and the other is slightly longer in length. Some of the hallmarks are quite heavily rubbed and worn but still just legible.
