In varied state, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The Scottish napkin ring appears mis-shaped and is engraved with the initial 'H'. The other napkin ring is engraved 'S. W 21/2/39'. The pepper pot has significant bumps and dents to the lower body, partial hallmarks to the removable cover. The caddy spoon has a significant split around the join of the stem, requires attention. The Fiddle pattern teaspoons and pair of Victorian spoons have engraved monograms to the terminals. The bowl of the travelling spoon is detached from the handle, the travelling fork and knife are also missing ferrules, the three pieces are in poor condition. Most pieces would benefit from a clean and polish. Majority of hallmarks clear and legible.
