Lot Description

A set of six late Victorian silver napkin rings, each of thin circular form with stippled and bright-cut engraved foliate decoration surrounding a vacant cartouche, contained within a fitted octagonal sided case. Hallmarked Birmingham 1892, one dated 1891, maker's mark partly obscured possibly Rolason Brothers. Gross weight 1.5 ozt (48.4 grams).

In good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The fitted case shuts securely with some minor scuffs and wear around the edges. Maker's mark partly obscured, other hallmarks clear and legible.
