Condition Report
In fair to good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The extendable function on the opera glasses appears to be in good working order. Noticeable loss of definition to the decoration on the silver mounted barrels with heavier tarnish around the edges. Some minor dents to the gilt rim around the larger apertures. Areas of wear to the black coating on the inner rim of the smaller apertures. Remnants of polish visible, would benefit from a clean. Minor bump to the silver lid on the bottle, monogrammed with the initials 'N E M?', minor chips and nibbles to the cut-glass body. Hallmarks rubbed and worn on the glasses but still just legible, hallmarks on the bottle are clear.
