Lot Description

A set of Edwardian and later matched silver and mother-of-pearl handled fruit knives and forks for six place settings. Hallmarked Harrison Brothers & Howson (George Howson), Sheffield 1909 & 1911. Length of knife measuring 8 2/8 inches (21.2 cm).

In good overall condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some minor wear to the tips of the tines and blades, some minor discolouration to the handles. Majority of hallmarks clear and legible, some ferrules dated 1908, 1909 & 1910.
