An early Victorian silver and gold, diamond and enamel brooch. The old-cut diamond star, atop a blue enamel oval panel, with old-cut diamond foliate surround. Estimated total diamond weight 2.30cts, principal diamond estimated I-J colour, P1 clarity. Length 3.8cms. Weight 15.5gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Reverse with glazed panel deficient.
<li>Diamonds well matched.

<li>Principal diamond with nick to table facet, eye visible scattered inclusions.
<li>Blue enamel is in fair to good condition with a shallow chip, general minor abrasion and small gas bubbles.<p>
