CARLO & ARTHUR GIULIANO - a late 19th century gold, enamel and gem-set brooch. Comprising three black and white enamel scrolling lines, with amethyst and green gem cabochon terminals, gathered to a central ruby. Maker's mark C&AG for Carlo & Arthur Giuliano. Length 3.7cms. Weight 3.6gms.

<li>Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Enamel damaged with significant chips.
<li>Some gems possible replacements.
<li>Some gems possibly foil-backed.
<li>Ruby in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Small chip to girdle.<p>
