A mid 19th century gold amethyst seal signet ring. The circular-shape amethyst collet, carved to depict an elephant's head above a turret, with grooved shoulders. Ring size T. Weight 6.5gms.

<li>Amethyst in closed-back setting presumed foil back.
<li>Stones in fair to good condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
