Lot Description

An Edwardian silver pedestal cream jug, the bulbous body with wavy rim and foliate capped scroll handle, raised upon a spreading circular base, hallmarked Hamilton & Inches, Edinburgh 1907, height 5 1/4 inches (13.5cm). Together with a 1930's example of helmet shape, hallmarked Viner's Ltd, London 1934, height 5 inches (13cm). Weight 6.74 ozt (209.8 grams). (2).
