Full Lot Description

Four silver vesta cases, each of oblong form, three examples with foliate engraved decoration and one with engine turned banded decoration, hallmarked Birmingham 1892, 1910 and 1916, date letter worn and indistinct to one example, various maker's marks. Together with a silver Dunhill cigarette lighter, hallmarked London 1925, maker's mark W&G, a silver cheroot holder and silver cheroot case, each hallmarked Francis Webb, Birmingham 1910, and a silver cigar cutter, hallmarked S J Rose & Son, Birmingham 1962. Total weighable silver 4.29 ozt (133.7 grams).

With scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing.

Vesta cases with knocks and indentations. One example with splits to seams, and suspension ring appears to have been re-attached and re-soldered.

Cigarette lighter heavily worn and with knocks. Not tested, and working order not guaranteed.

Cheroot holder knocked and misshapen. Mouthpiece worn and with losses, and appears to have been glued to silver section.

Cheroot holder case slightly misshapen, and appears to be missing suspension ring.

Cigar cutter with light scratches and wear.
