Full Lot Description
A William IV silver vinaigrette, the rounded rectangular form with raised floral chased borders, enclosing reeded sides and engine-turned panels to lid and base, the hinged lid also initial engraved to centre and opening to reveal a silver-gilt interior with foliate-scroll pierced grille. Hallmarked Taylor & Perry, Birmingham, probably 1834. Length 4.5cm, gross weight 28.4 grams.
