A 1930's silver hip flask, of curved, rectangular form with engraved initials, having a detachable cup to upper body that reveals hinged lid to top left corner. Hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd., London 1939. Height 3.75" (9.5cm), gross weight 5.76 ozt (179.4 grams).

<li>Item shows moderate surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing to lower body and detachable cup. The upper body beneath the cup is a lot brighter and shiner, although with considerable vertical scratches.
<li>The lower body and detachable cup both display some bashing, especially visible to the corners, and would benefit from a clean and polish.
<li>Item is not very secure on base and wobbles when pressure is applied.
<li>Bayonet closure is in good working order.
