A Victorian silver beaker, the slightly tapering form decorated with trailing leaf and stiff leaf borders enclosing a personal presentation engraving. Hallmarked Mappin & Webb (John Newton Mappin), London 1885. Height 4.75" (12cm), weight 5.66 ozt (176 grams).

With some heavy tarnishing, staining and dirt and previous polish residues throughout and would benefit from a clean and polish.
Displaying some general surface wear, marks and scratches in keeping with the age and use.
Some heavier wear, scuffs and slight knocks around base rim and main rim.
Surface rubbing and slight flattening to areas of the decoration, causing some loss of detail.
Hallmarks rubbed in parts but all still legible.
