A George III Newcastle silver tongue capped twin-handled cup, with later presentation engraving surrounding central girdle. Hallmarked John Robertson I, Newcastle 1801. Height 5.75" (14.6cm), weight 11.93 ozt (371.1 grams).

<li>Item shows moderate surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing, in keeping with age and use.
<li>Presentation engraving states 'The Jubilee Cup' and '1977 The Queen's Silver Jubilee'.
<li>Silver to later engraving appears quite bumpy and uneven.
<li>Base is creased and warped to one area, so item has a considerable wobble when pressure is exerted
<li>Interior is very tarnished and dirty.
<li>Join of handle terminals to cup shows some small losses.
<li>Some areas to cup, especially around the handles, display some small bashes and bumps.
