Full Lot Description
Stuart Devlin, a novelty silver-gilt surprise egg, the textured shell opening to reveal three rabbits poking their heads out from under a flowering bush, with enamel highlights and a red enamel bird perched on top. Hallmarked London 1985, limited edition no. 65. Height 6cm, gross weight 2.71ozt (84.3g). In original fitted box with booklet.
The lot also includes a copy of the original drawing for this egg, and a typed notice from the Stuart Devlin Clerkenwell showroom, which includes a description of the egg.
