Stuart Devlin, a novelty silver-gilt surprise egg commemorating the birth of Prince William, the textured shell with girdle of white enamel flowers, opening to reveal a baby seated on scallop shell holding a bouquet of blue enamel flowers with three silver feathers in the middle, and engraved 'Prince William of Wales Born 21. 6. 82'. Hallmarked London 1982, limited edition no. 19. Height 6cm, gross weight 3.03ozt (94.2g). In original box.
