A Victorian silver oval hip flask, having crest engraving to front of central body, and monogram to front of removable cup. Hallmarked John Linegar, Birmingham 1878. Length 15cm, gross weight 6.6ozt (207.2g).

Condition Report

Item is in fair condition, showing general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing.
Silver is shiny and bright.
There are a few small bashes to central body and cup, two larger bashes to edge and left side of central body.
Cup removes and reattaches well.
Cup, main body, hinged lid and rim are all hallmarked.
