Full Lot Description
A George V silver hip flask, of plain and rounded rectangular form, with hinged arm to a screw on lid, hallmarked Mappin & Webb Ltd., London 1920, height 13cm. Together with a glass hip flask with cane covered upper body and removable silver cup, hallmarked John Harris, London, possibly 1857, height 15cm. Gross weighable silver 7.03ozt (218.6g). (2).

Condition Report
- Both displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with age and use.
- George V flask showing several dints and bashes, especially to edges and corners.
- With numerous heavier scratches and scuffs all over.
- Seam line visible all the way around the sides, which is starting to show as cracks in some areas, especially lower corners and edge; and with possible solder repairs.
- Screw top lid appears in good working order and closes securely.
- Hallmarks and maker's marks a little rubbed and distorted but all still legible; also with impressed maker's name to base.
- Glass flask with losses to the cane covering around the top.
- Removable silver cup appears very dirty and tarnished all over and in need of a clean; also with some slight knocks around the base rim.
- Hallmarks to cup with dirt/old polish residues in the punches; removable lid appears unmarked.
