A George V silver hip flask, of plain and rounded rectangular form, with bayonet closure globular lid on hinged arm. Hallmarked Henry Matthews, Birmingham 1924. Height 16.5cm, gross weight 6.02ozt (187.3g).

Condition Report

Appears very dirty and heavily tarnished all over and in need of a clean.
With many surface marks, scratches and nicks.
Also with a few minor surface dints, including around edge and to lid.
Seam line visible around edge with some likely small solder repairs.
Hinged lid appears in good working order and closes securely.
Hallmarks rubbed in parts but all still legible.
