Full Lot Description

Two cased pairs of hat pins, the first with green and blue foil enamel oval finials, one hallmarked Charles Horner, Chester 1906, the other appears unmarked, approximate length 18.5cm; the second pair with hinged floral enamel circular terminals, hallmarks partly obscured, possibly Birmingham 1913, approximate length 17.5cm. (2).

Condition Report

All displaying some general surface wear, marks and scratches.
Metal showing some fairly heavy tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.
On the first pair, there are some slight knocks and surface nicks around the metal edges of the oval finials.
Floral enamel finials on the other pair with some losses; hallmarks located to the reverse of each and are partly obscured by residues of dirt or old polish.
Cases to both with some general expected wear, damage and losses.
