A late 19th to early 20th century 5.5in diameter celestial globe by Cary, London set within brass horizon and meridian rings, engraved Cary, London Pat No. 21540, the globe marked Cary & Co, Makers to the Admiralty 7 Pall Mall, London, retains paper label to the inside lid with reference to 4th April 1898, box 20cm x 21cm x 20cm

- The brass cartouche to the top is lifting slightly.
- Some tarnishing to the brass
- Some minor scuffs to the case
- Small marks to the paper label
- Craquelure to the globe with some flaking varnish
