Lot Description

A late 19th century silver and gold sapphire cabochon and rose-cut diamond lattice brooch.

Length 2.4cms. 7.6gms.

Surface scratches and minor marks. General noticeable tarnish.
Replacement brooch fittings, slight soft solder visible.
Partial french maker's mark to gallery.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Cut, size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
One diamond nicked.
Sapphires appear well matched with a deep blue hue.
One replacement sapphire appears a deep greeny lue, chip/nick to one side.
