A mid 20th century silver and gold tortoise brooch, with pavé-set sapphire shell.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and minor marks. General discolouration.
Red gems to eyes untested, believed to be garnet. Minor abrasions.
Sapphires appear a medium deep through light medium blue and few blue-green hues.
Mostly minor to moderate face-edge abrasions.
